It's been a great morning already.
One resource that came up is an article by Time Keller, that appeared in the Cutting Edge Magazine 'How Strategy Changes Over Time'.
It's so good, and I wish I had read it when it came out in 2008. Scrub that, it's one of the best pieces on sizes of church, nature of church and practical advice that I have ever read.
