Stanley Mills PhD – response to D A Carson

Stanley Mills writes a thoughtful response to D A Carson critique of Emerging Church, and says:
“Feel free to pass it along to others that may be interested, but please understand that my desire in this response is not to produce further polarizations, but to foster genuine, honest dialogue about matters of importance. So please read it and/or pass it along in that spirit, not in a spirit of divisiveness. If any of you want to talk more about any of this, I’d be glad to. Just let me know.”

    This is an excellent response to some of DA Carson’s comments about the Emergent Church. Is anyone from Emergent going to seek to engage Carson in more of an honest and open dialogue? I wonder if a seminar event is possible. I believe Carson would benefit from engaging with some of the Elder’s from the EC. Thanks to Andrew and Stuart for their responses.

    A side note: the author of that response is Dr. David Mills, not Stanley. Dave is a close friend and colleague.
